Jackie Robinson-Burnette was appointed by the Biden-Harris administration as Associate Administrator of the US Small Business Administration, where she led the government's small business contracting and certification programs nationwide.
​In March 2021, Jackie Robinson-Burnette kicked off Senior Executive Strategic Solutions LLC to provide growth strategies to federal government contractors. She has a reputation of excellence, integrity and unmatched commitment to helping small firms grow. She simplifies the complex process of winning federal contracts and helps CEOs shorten the learning curve with building client relationships. Jackie serves on the Board of Advisors for small firms.
A career civil servant with 35 years of service, prior to retirement Jackie served as the ranking Senior Executive Service (SES) leader for all small business issues as the Deputy Associate Administrator for the Office of Government Contracting & Business Development, Small Business Administration (SBA). She led a team of five SES leaders and more than 250 small business contracting professionals across the nation. Her responsibilities included management and leadership of all aspects of the government’s $99B annual small business contracting program.
Earlier, she served as a Senior Contracting Officer and Procurement Analyst for the Dept of Defense in Korea, Germany, Virginia, and Washington DC.
